Built for HR teams — permanent and contract hiring

# Your HR team spends more time retyping than recruiting.

Echo Recruit is one system for an HR team's whole desk — client fee agreements, vacancies and candidates, the contractors you place, and the invoices. Enter something once and every stage after it reads the same record.

What Echo Recruit is

## One system for the four jobs your HR team actually runs

Most HR teams buy the hiring half and the back-office half separately, then reconcile them by hand every month. Echo Recruit is both halves on one record, so nothing is re-entered at the join.

### Clients and fee agreements

Quote a contingency percentage, a contract markup or a flat fee. Both sides e-sign, and the agreed terms apply themselves to the client account.

**How it helps:** the fee on the invoice is the fee the client signed, because no one retyped it.

### Vacancies and candidates

A public application link per vacancy, résumés parsed and scored the moment they land, and a written bar per role rather than one in somebody's head.

**How it helps:** your recruiters open a ranked shortlist instead of an inbox of attachments.

### The contractors you place

Assignments with effective dates, right-to-work documents that expire into a task, timesheets with an approval chain, and margin per contractor.

**How it helps:** contract margin is something you manage weekly, not discover at month end.

### Invoices and cash

Approved hours and placement commission become invoice lines at the signed rate, with reminders on a schedule and receivables sorted by how late they are.

**How it helps:** nobody rebuilds an invoice from three tabs and a memory of the markup.

Permanent and contract

## Two desks, one system

Most recruitment software is built for permanent placement and bolts contract on afterwards. Contract is the harder case, so it is the one this is shaped around.

Permanent

### A fee, once, against a signed quote

Contingency percentage or flat fee, a replacement guarantee with a real expiry date, and commission computed from the signed terms rather than typed into a tracker.

- Contingency, retained or flat-fee models
- Replacement guarantees that expire on a date
- Commission inherited from the quote, not re-entered

Contract

### A margin, every week, on hours somebody approved

Markup or pay-and-bill rates, timesheets submitted by the contractor and approved by you, and margin computed from the rates locked onto the approved line.

- Markup or rate-based fee models per assignment
- Timesheets with a real approval chain
- Margin per contractor, admin-only in the database
- Weekly invoices built from approved hours

What it costs

## One subscription, per team, per year

Priced per team rather than per recruiter — hiring your fifth recruiter should not cost you a fifth of a subscription.

Annual subscription

One annual subscription per team workspace — not per recruiter.Unlimited seats, every module included.

- Permanent and contract on the same desk
- Unlimited clients, vacancies and candidates
- Public application links and your own careers page
- A portal for every contractor you place
- Your own Gmail, Microsoft, Zoom and Meet connections
- Audit log, row-level security and retention policy

Billed once a year. No per-module pricing and no setup fee.

### What you are comparing it against

A year of Echo Recruit costs less than a single filled role — and replaces the four things it would otherwise take to run a recruitment desk: an applicant tracking system, a recruitment CRM, an HR system for the contractors you place, and whatever currently produces your invoices.

Cost per extra recruiter

Nothing

Paid add-ons

None

### Ask for the number

We give you the figure on the call, once we know how many desks you run and whether they are perm, contract or both. No form-gated price sheet.

Questions

## The four HR teams ask first

What is Echo Recruit?

Recruitment operations software for HR teams. It covers the four jobs an HR team actually runs — client fee agreements, hiring and screening, the employment of the contractors you place, and invoicing — in one system, so a fee agreed in a quote is the same fee that reaches the invoice without anyone retyping it.

Does it handle contract as well as permanent?

Contract is the case it is shaped around: markup or rate-based fee models, timesheets with an approval chain, contract margin computed from the rates on the approved line, and invoices that bill approved hours week after week. Permanent placements are a commission against a signed fee.

Is it an ATS or a recruitment CRM?

Both, and two more. Applicant tracking and the client CRM are the front half; contractor employment and billing are the back half. Teams normally buy those halves separately and reconcile them by hand — the join is the reason this exists. The [product page](https://www.echorecruit.com/product?hsLang=en) goes module by module.

How is it priced?

One annual subscription per team workspace, not per recruiter — so the cost does not climb as you grow the desk. Every module is included and nothing is a paid add-on. We do not publish a figure: book a call and you will have the number and what it covers in the same conversation.

## See it against your own desk

Bring a live vacancy and a real client fee agreement. Twenty minutes is enough to see whether the retyping actually stops.
